This full service air-conditioned establishment was refurbished and newly fitted in 2012 and is now a chic, modern, eye-catching hotel. It comprises a total of 343 rooms spread over 10 floors and offers guests a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a newspaper stand, cloakroom and lift access. The restaurant Art and Soul and it is owned by celebrity chef and two-time James Beard award-winner Art Smith This is a non smoking hotel. Complimentary coffee and tea service is provided daily in the lobby. A seasonal rooftop pool and bar will be offered. A laundry and room service and parking (for an additional fee) complete the range of services offered. Parking fee: 48 USD per day. This hotel does not accept name changes within 14 days of travel date.This establishment features a swimming pool on the hotel roof (seasonal opening). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the 24-hour gym.

Room Description

The rooms are fitted to a high standard and come with modern furniture and high quality bed linen as well as a fully fitted en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a coffee machine and an iron and ironing board. Furthermore, all rooms have a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access and a king-size or double bed as standard. The hotel offer One King Deluxe, Two Queen Beds Deluxe, One King Bed Superior, and One King Suite room types. Directions from Dulles International Airport:
Dulles International Airport (IAD) is just about 27 miles and takes less than 45 minutes from The Liaison Capitol Hill.

From the Dulles IAD airport, follow signs to Interstate 66 East.
Cross the Roosevelt Bridge into Washington.
Take Constitution Avenue East toward the US Capitol.
Turn left onto Louisiana Avenue, NW.
Proceed on Louisiana Ave. for three short blocks; turn left onto New Jersey Avenue, NW.
Hotel is on your right, at 415 New Jersey Avenue, NW.
