Best price guarantee on unbeatable hotels

If you find the same offer immediately available at a lower price, including all tases and fees (reservation fees) on a French Internet website, within 24 hour after you've made your purchase on Olotels.com, Olotels.com agrees to offer you a free hotel night.

Validity of the offer

the free night is subject to filfilment of the following conditions:

• the same city,
• the same dates,
• the same establsihment and the same room/bed or accomodation category,
• the same type of boarding (breakfast, half-board,...)
• the same currency
• the same cancellation and modification terms
• immediate availability of the rooms under the above conditions for the competitor offer.

Exclusions

The free hotel night is only valid for reservations made for the same day.

The free hotel night does not apply to hotels where payment is made directly to the hotel.

The offfer is not valid for hotel rooms for which the name of the hotel does not appear on the Olotels.com Internet site at the time of purchase.

The free hotel night does not apply to hotel rooms reserved with or in combination with member rates, frequent traveler benefits, client loyalty points, special offers or coupon offers for reductions made by the hotel where the reservation is made. Lower rates that are gotten by way of opaque reservations or « Name your own price » reservations are also excluded from the offer.

E-mails containing incomplete or incorrect information will not be taken into account.

Terms of use of the "one free hotel night" offer

If you have found a cheaper hotel room that fulfils all of the above conditions on another French Internet site (URL address with.fr, payment in euros, registered office in France), you must send the following information by e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase to lesimbattables@olotels.com:

• A copy of the e-mail confirmation of your hotel room reservation sent by Olotels.com
• A screen shot of the page of the competitor's Internet site showing the same offer available at a lower price, inclusive of all taxes and with equivalent terms. The screen shot must clearly show all of the items listed in the foregoing paragraph titled 'Validity of the offer'.

The free hotel night only concerns confirmed reservations. You must provide your Olotels.com reservation number in order to complete your claim. The guarantee is no longer applicable in the event of cancellation of the service or no-show.

The offer is limited to one night per person and per service purchased on www.olotels.com

Olotels.com reserves the right to establish at its sole discretion the validity of all claims including but not limited to determining that it does concern the same hotel, the same room category, the same dates and that is fulfils the genneral terms and conditions and provisions of processing claims.

Terms of application

If all of the above conditions are fulfilled, after full payment and having stayed in your hotel, Olotels.com agrees to refund you one hotel night by crediting the bank card used at the time of purchase on www.olotels.com within the 8 days following the arrival date at your hotel.
