- Establishing and growing relationships with online advertisers and ad networks

Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience selling online advertising with responsibility for an annual quota of at least $20 million
- 10+ years experience in the travel industry
- Experience working successfully and energetically from home.
- The successful candidate must be aggressive, creative, and resourceful and must enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
- The position requires outstanding sales, communication, and management skills as well as a gift for developing and maintaining relationships.
- Abililty at selling display advertising and bundling graphical advertising with sponsorship opportunities and bundling different types of advertising products (e.g. CPM media, sponsorships, newsletters, etc.)
- Track record of developing long-term relationships with (and commitments from) major clients and agencies
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent online, written and verbal communications skills
